GENERAL CONDITIONS
Art. 1 – General Departments
These conditions govern the relationship between VOX INVESTIGATIONS and the Participant with regard to the use by the latter of a course of private investigator as described in this contract and in its attachments, forming an integral part thereof.
The Contract is perfected with the purchase of the course.
Art. 2 – Object, content and characteristics of the service
The course aims to provide the Participant with a wide and comprehensive knowledge of the most important investigative techniques, as well as the elements of law useful in the profession of investigator. In any case, participation in the course does not guarantee success in the subsequent job search.
VOX INVESTIGAZIONI is obliged, in order to obtain the above mentioned objective to the students, to provide lectures to the participants through qualified professionals for a total of 18 hours as well as adequate teaching material.
Training initiatives will take place on the on-line platform indicated in the program. The characteristics of the individual Courses are described in the illustrative and advertising material and / or on the website “www.voxinvestigazioni.it”, in which the detailed program of the Course will be published.
Art. 3 – Obligations and responsibilities of the participant
The participant is obliged, in addition to what is provided in other parts of this contract, to observe the provisions established by this contract and not to disclose, by any means, recordings of the lessons or the teaching material provided.
Art. 4 – Conditions for issuing the certificate
At the end of the course a certificate of participation will be issued. The certificate is not equivalent to a degree or other legal qualification
